  • Legal fee (based on the purchase price of the property):
    • £100,000 – £200,000 = £550
    • £200,001 – £400,000 = £650
    • £400,001 – £600,000 = £750
    • £600,001 – £1,000,000 = £850
  • Fee for redeeming any Mortgage or charge registered against the property £165
  • Case management fee £50
  • Land registry copy fee £30
  • Electronic money transfer fee (per transfer) £40
